K-Swiss needed coordinated support at both ends of its workplace program: demolition and restoration in Los Angeles, and connected workspace in Glendale. Power, network infrastructure, finishes, inspections, and furniture had to align with the workplace plan.ASI Approach
ASI managed the former-site restoration package, coordinated Glendale infrastructure and finishes, delivered permitted low-voltage work and certification, and carried furniture configurations through installation in offices and the product showroom.Results
