Overview

Challenge

K-Swiss needed coordinated support at both ends of its workplace program: demolition and restoration in Los Angeles, and connected workspace in Glendale. Power, network infrastructure, finishes, inspections, and furniture had to align with the workplace plan.

ASI Approach

ASI managed the former-site restoration package, coordinated Glendale infrastructure and finishes, delivered permitted low-voltage work and certification, and carried furniture configurations through installation in offices and the product showroom.

Results

  • Los Angeles closeout and Glendale workplace delivery connected across two cities
  • Construction interfaces, network infrastructure, and furniture aligned with the field plan
  • Inspections, as-built documentation, cable certification, and installation records carried through closeout

Plans & Project Scope

Different Sites. Connected Delivery.

The Glendale connectivity as-built defines the workplace network interfaces. The Los Angeles demolition plan establishes the separate former-site restoration scope.

The ASI Approach

Construction. Connectivity. Furniture.

ASI managed the distinct project packages through their field requirements, keeping site restoration, infrastructure, inspections, and furniture installation connected.
01Restore
Coordinate selective demolition, electrical interfaces, finish restoration, protection, debris removal, and final broom-clean conditions at the Los Angeles workplace.
02Power
Align Glendale electrical and finish work with the workplace layout, retained conditions, trade access, and evolving field requirements.
03Connect
Install structured cabling, the IT cabinet, and the fiber connection to the floor server infrastructure. Coordinate owner-provided wireless and device interfaces, labeling, and test results.
04Document
Manage low-voltage permitting, city communication, inspections, as-built documentation, and cable certification for the delivered installation.
05Furnish
Coordinate furniture configurations and installation for workstations, private offices, and the product showroom, including custom table solutions.

The Outcome

From Former-Site Restoration to a Connected Workplace.

K-Swiss received coordinated delivery across the Los Angeles closeout and Glendale workplace program, with construction, infrastructure, finishes, and furniture supported through ASI.

Former-Site Restoration

Demolition, electrical interfaces, finish restoration, protection, and debris logistics were coordinated for closeout.

Connected Infrastructure

Structured cabling and fiber connected work areas and the IT room to the floor server infrastructure.

Furniture Installed for the Work

Workstations, private offices, and product-showroom furniture supported the client workplace program.

Documented Field Delivery

Permitting, inspections, test results, and installation records carried the delivered work into closeout.
