Challenge
A local office move depended on an international supply chain. New furniture crossed the US-Canada border while reusable assets, employee equipment, and meeting technology moved from Burnaby. Customs, receiving, phased installation, and technology readiness had to align before the former office could be closed out.
ASI Approach
ASI connected furniture procurement, freight and broker coordination, receiving and storage, new and reused furniture installation, relocation, power interfaces, network and AV work, access control, and employee technology reset. The same program carried origin restoration and destination punch through closeout.

The installation plan identifies what needed to be purchased and what could be redeployed from the origin. That layout set the requirements for receiving, phased delivery, furniture installation, workplace power, and employee technology.

ASI coordinated the international procurement path with the local field sequence so furniture, technology, and client equipment could come together at the destination.
Coordinate furniture orders, freight, customs-broker and import requirements, receiving, inspection, storage, and phased release to the site.
Install the workplace plan, reconfigure reusable assets, coordinate power interfaces, and carry deliveries through supplemental installation and punch correction.
Coordinate network infrastructure, AV, access control, equipment reuse, workstation disconnect and reconnect, and technology turn-up.
Coordinate protection, packing, equipment handling, building access, move sequencing, and placement at the new Vancouver office.
Complete origin cable abatement, designated equipment and branding removal, wall restoration, and handback, along with destination punch and documentation.
From Receiving to Workplace Use
Furniture, Field Work, and Former-Site Closeout.
The transition included receiving and inspection before installation, integrating new furniture with reused assets, and clearing the origin for handback.

Receiving and inspection connected the supply chain with the phased installation plan.

Workstation installation brought purchased and redeployed furniture into the destination layout.
