ASI delivers commercial interior projects from preconstruction through inspection, punch, and turnover. We coordinate demolition, framing, ceilings, flooring, finishes, doors, building systems, and the workplace activities that depend on them.
Our contractor license, #1073772, includes General B, C10 Electrical, C7 Low Voltage, and C61/D34 Prefabricated Equipment. Across the national program, each site follows its local licensing and permit requirements, with qualified local trade partners as needed.

Selective demolition, framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, hardware, flooring, finishes, workplace support spaces, punch work, and turnover.

Connected to the buildout
Electrical, Low Voltage, AV Integration & Access Control
Power, lighting controls, structured cabling, AV, and access control need to work with the construction schedule. ASI coordinates power and data pathways, equipment interfaces, testing, labeling, and turnover.
We oversee conference-room AV integration and room-scheduling systems, aligning the AV provider, client IT team, equipment installation, system testing, and final handoff. Access-control interfaces and controls stay connected to the electrical and low-voltage scope.
Where specialty vendors own programming, monitoring, or commissioning, we manage the supporting work and the handoff. Direct trade work follows the location’s licensing requirements, permits, and the agreed scope.
Cellular Signal Enhancement
ASI coordinates cellular coverage improvements with the workplace technology plan: site assessment, available outdoor signal, donor-antenna placement, booster and interior antenna design, cable pathways, power, installation, testing, and closeout. Roof access, landlord requirements, and specialist coordination stay connected to the project schedule. System selection and expected coverage depend on the site, supported carrier bands, and measured conditions.

ASI supports focused projects, phased transitions, and ongoing facility needs across multiple locations. Construction, furniture, moves, decommissioning, and follow-up work stay connected through a consistent project team, practical reporting, and site-specific planning.
Furniture procurement, vendor coordination & occupancy
Connect the furniture plan to the workplace.
ASI manages furniture procurement, design coordination, space planning, and vendor management. We can lead the furniture scope or coordinate the furniture company you already use. We connect selections, specifications, site and furniture layout plans, deliveries, building access, installation, and punch work with the construction and occupancy schedule.
Reconfiguration, relocation, equipment movement, and technology handoffs stay on the same plan. Your team retains approval of selections and decisions; ASI tracks the handoffs among the furniture provider, design professionals, field teams, and technology vendors.
Decommissioning, restoration & lease closeout
Finish the exit, not just the move.
ASI coordinates asset removal, reuse and disposition decisions, furniture decommissioning, technology disconnects, restoration, cleaning, and landlord turnover. The agreed handback requirements drive the scope, schedule, and closeout record.

E-waste is only part of the story. Office closures, technology refreshes, and consolidations also require decisions about data, reusable assets, custody, and documentation. ASI coordinates the field work, specialized processing partners, and closeout requirements through one project team.
Asset accountability
Define what leaves each site, where it goes, and what must be tracked. Inventory detail, serial numbers where required, staging, pickup, and receiving records are established before removal.
Custody & data protection
Separate data-bearing equipment from general electronics. Coordinate controlled handoffs and the client-approved sanitization or destruction route with qualified processing providers.
Certificates & closeout
Coordinate certificates of destruction or sanitization, applicable asset records, and recycling documentation. Reconcile the agreed inventory against the returned records and track exceptions to closeout.

Connect office exits, equipment refreshes, consolidations, and recurring pickups through common instructions, site schedules, partner coordination, and consolidated reporting.

What should the destruction documentation include?
The required package is agreed before pickup. Depending on the scope, it can include site and pickup references, equipment or serial identifiers, custody transfers, the processing provider, destruction or sanitization method, date, location, and verification records. The certificate should match the assets it covers. A recycling receipt alone does not establish that data was destroyed.
Does every device need to be destroyed?
No. Reuse, redeployment, lease return, recycling, and physical destruction are different disposition paths. Data-bearing media needs a method appropriate to the device, information sensitivity, and your approved policy. ASI coordinates those requirements with your IT team and processing provider. How are recycling and destruction providers selected?
Provider capabilities, site coverage, handling requirements, documentation, and the relevant facility or process credentials are matched to the assignment. Where your program requires certified electronics recycling or information destruction, those requirements are established before scheduling and checked for the provider performing the work.
