Our company history
Built to Take Ownership.
Built to Keep Moving.
ASI began in San Diego in 2011 with a practical idea: clients should not have to manage disconnected vendors, trades, and field teams to move a workplace project forward. As assignments grew, ASI connected construction, electrical, low voltage, furniture, relocation, technology, and closeout around one plan, one schedule, and one accountable team.
Today, ASI brings that model to focused site work and complex national and international programs. Follow the road to see how each capability expanded, and how the same standard still guides every project: take ownership, solve the details, and carry the work through completion.
It starts in
San Diego.
Jordan P. Shapiro founded All Solutions, Inc. in San Diego in 2011. His background in construction and workplace services shaped the company’s practical approach to project execution.
The purpose was practical: connect the client’s plan with the vendors, trades, site access, and schedules needed to make the work happen.
San Diego roots
The delivery process
takes shape.
The early years centered on client relationships, repeat assignments, and a reliable way to organize the work. Delivery windows, site readiness, installer availability, and building access had to fit the same plan.
ASI developed its delivery process around those handoffs: define the scope, make responsibilities clear, connect schedules, and keep the client and field teams informed. Practical logistics and consistent communication became part of the service, alongside the work performed on site.
More of the
workplace comes together.
Client needs expanded across furniture coordination, relocations, decommissioning, logistics, and facility services. ASI’s role grew with them, connecting what happened before a move, during an installation, and after a space was vacated.
Relocation and decommissioning also brought technology into the sequence: equipment removal and reset, coordination with client IT teams, and the power and data connections a workplace needs to operate. The move plan and the construction plan had to meet at the same handoff.
Today, ASI connects furniture planning and procurement with receiving, installation, relocation, and site closeout, coordinating with the client’s furniture provider where needed.
From home base to a wider field
The road opens up.
Across markets.
As clients needed support in more locations, ASI expanded its field partner network and project delivery capabilities. The challenge was no longer only getting one site right. It was organizing work across different buildings, local crews, access requirements, and schedules.
National and international delivery added a different coordination challenge. A common scope and reporting standard had to work with each location’s building rules, field resources, and local requirements. ASI’s role connected that wider program to the actual work at each site.
That approach is visible today in the Thomson Reuters work delivered through JLL: workplace transitions, technical decommissioning, building-system repairs, furniture logistics, and landlord handback across U.S. and Canadian markets.

National delivery.
One coordinated plan. Local field execution.
Beyond borders
International execution.
Connecting procurement, logistics, trades, and workplace transitions.
Construction and technology.
One delivery plan.
Contractor licensing became another part of ASI’s integrated capability. Construction, electrical, and low-voltage requirements could be considered alongside furniture, technology, moves, and the activities that depend on a site being ready.
Today, that means connecting interior construction, power, cabling, AV and access-control coordination, and furniture interfaces within the project plan. Each assignment follows the licensing, permit, and qualified-trade requirements of its location.

Site preparation
National programs,
built site by site.
With a growing field network and a stronger project management structure, ASI expanded its ability to organize national programs. Relocations, facility upgrades, furniture work, electrical and technology scopes, and decommissioning could be managed across multiple locations.
The Stantec program brings that range into focus: furniture design and procurement, tenant improvements, technology, relocation, and ongoing workplace support. Plans, field work, and the transitions between them are managed as parts of a larger relationship.

A commitment to safety.
Recognized.
Avetta presented All Solutions, Inc. with its 2024 Safety Star recognition.
A wider reach.
A connected team.
Today, ASI brings project management and field execution together for corporate real estate, facilities, and workplace teams. The work spans construction, technology, furniture, relocation, decommissioning, IT asset disposition, and logistics, from a focused site assignment to a national or international program.
ASI can coordinate the providers a client already uses or organize the required trades and field resources. Our team stays connected through site preparation, execution, testing, punch work, turnover, and agreed closeout. The scope has grown; the work still depends on people who follow through.
